Trouble connecting Facebook?

This guide covers the most common issues when connecting a Facebook Page to dodd.ly.

Before going through Facebook-specific issues, we recommend checking the Common Connection Problems guide, as many issues are caused by permissions or account selection.

Make sure the following is true before attempting to connect your Facebook Page:

• You are logged into the correct Facebook account
• You have admin access to the Facebook Page you are trying to connect to
• Pop-ups are enabled in your browser
• You accept all permissions requested during the connection flow
  

Facebook requires full permission access for dodd.ly to publish content on your behalf.

I can’t see my Facebook Page during connection
This usually happens when:

• You are logged into the wrong Facebook account
• You do not have admin permissions for the Page
• The Page is part of a Business Manager; you do not have access to
  

Try logging out of Facebook and logging back in with the correct account before reconnecting.\

I get stuck during Facebook login
This is often caused by:

• Browser pop-up blocking
• Third-party cookies are being disabled
• An incomplete login session on Facebook
  

Try using an incognito/private window and reconnecting.

My Facebook Page is not available after connecting
If your Page does not appear after a successful connection:

• The permissions may not have been fully granted
• The Page may not be associated with the account you authorised
• The connection may need to be removed and re-established

In most cases, the fastest fix is to reconnect the channel:

1. Go to your workspace settings
2. Remove the Facebook channel
3. Log out of Facebook
4. Log back in with the correct account
5. Connect the Page again in dodd.ly
