Trouble connecting Pinterest?

This guide covers the most common issues when connecting your Pinterest account to dodd.ly.

Before going through Pinterest-specific issues, we recommend checking the Common Connection Problems guide, as many issues are caused by permissions or account selection.

Before connecting your Pinterest account, make sure:

• You are logged into the correct Pinterest account
• Pop-ups are enabled in your browser
• You accept all permissions requested during the connection process

I can't see the board I want to publish to
This usually happens when:

• You're logged into the wrong Pinterest account
• The board was recently created and hasn't synced yet
• The connection needs to be refreshed or re-established

Try refreshing the channel first. If the board still doesn't appear, remove the channel and connect it again.

The connection wasn't completed
If Pinterest doesn't finish connecting:

• Check that your browser isn't blocking pop-ups
• Complete the Pinterest authorisation process
• Try connecting again in a private or incognito browser window

My Pinterest channel stopped working
Occasionally, the connection between Pinterest and dodd.ly may expire.

If this happens, refresh the channel. If the issue continues, remove the channel and connect it again.

If you're still having trouble:

1. Remove the Pinterest channel from your workspace
2. Log out of Pinterest
3. Log back in using the correct account
4. Connect your Pinterest account again
5. Accept all requested permissions
